Special Section of  ICSMD2022 in IEEE Transactions on Instrumentation and Measurement

第三届人工智能时代的感知、测量与数据分析国际会议（The Third International Conference on Sensing, Measurement & Data Analytics in the era of Artificial Intelligence, ICSMD 2022）将于2022年11月30日到12月02日召开，本次会议以人工智能时代的感知、测量与数据分析为主题，以人工智能算法、先进传感技术、先进的信号处理方法以及大数据分析为议题展开，主要目的是为领域内知名学者和相关从业者针对学科发展和学科前沿成果提供交流平台，促进围绕人工智能时代的感知、测量和数据分析主题的领域发展和国际合作、产学研融合。

为更好发挥国际会议的交流和沟通平台作用，加强中文期刊的影响力，仪器仪表学报将联合ICSMD 2022组委会，推出一期专刊，并特邀西安交通大学严如强教授担任本期专刊的客座主编。专刊收稿范围覆盖本次会议全部征稿主题，具体可见本网站Call for Papers专栏或点击下载。

时间计划与具体安排：

投稿时间：2022.11.15至2023.3.31

预计出版时间：2023.07.01，

稿件要求：中文投稿，稿件必须是ICSMD 2022会议论文的扩展版（如有外国作者可英文方式），投稿时请注明ICSMD 2022专刊。

论文随到随审，关于稿件要求后续在会议网站上有单独说明。

Papers of the ICSMD 2022 Special Section of IEEE Transactions on Instrumentation and Measurement, intended to promote results presented at ICSMD 2022, will be published online as they are accepted, and the Special Section's Table of Content will be published in 2023.

All papers which were accepted, registered, and presented at ICSMD 2022, and which will appear in the ICSMD 2022 proceedings in IEEE Xplore, are eligible to submit an extended version to the ICSMD 2022 Special Section in IEEE Transactions on Instrumentation and Measurement (TIM). Each manuscript shall be within the scope of the TIM (click to see Scope of Transactions) and based on a paper published in the ICSMD 2022 Proceedings. Moreover, the manuscript MUST be technically extended beyond the scope of the proceedings paper, in terms of the overall TECHNICAL content and research results.

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT SCOPE

It is possible that some of the submitted paper to the ICSMD 2022 special issue in TIM will be rejected immediately, without going to review, because the authors do not frame their writing in the context of Instrumentation and Measurement. To avoid this happening to your paper, please carefully and completely follow the 2-point description under the Important Note here.

Preparation for Manuscript Submission

Please carefully follow the instructions under the “Paper Submission Instructions” heading of IEEE TIM’s Special Section Author Guide.

Notice: The ICSMD 2022 paper identifier should be put in the upper right-hand corner of every document to be submitted.

Submission Window: Feb.1-15, 2023
